⚽ Super Eagles: Coach Daniel Ogunmodede Honored To Take On The Assistant Role

 Daniel Ogunmodede Precious, popularly referred to as Coach Dan Ijaball, is a notable figure in Nigerian football. His journey in the sport began at a young age, where he developed a passion for football that eventually lead him into coaching

The Remo Stars head coach, was thankful for the chance to join the Super Eagles technical team.

Both Ogunmodede and Fidelis Ilechukwu from Rangers were appointed to assist Coach Augustine Eguavoen for the 2025 Africa Cup of Nations qualifiers against Benin Republic and Rwanda.

"I am Deeply Honored to Have Answered the Call to Serve Our Beloved Country" - Coach Dan Ijaball wrote on X.

"Let’s Remain Positive and United in Our Pursuit of Success. Together, We Can Be Better" he encouraged.

The use of “Our Beloved Country” indicates a strong emotional connection and pride in Nigeria. The message also serves as a motivational call not just for athletes but for all citizens, urging them to work together while maintaining a positive outlook.

This Sunday, in a South West derby between Remo Stars and Sunshine Stars, he will be in the dugout
